Return Eligibility:
Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery
Sale, clearance, or promo items are not eligible for return unless defective
Returns that do not meet criteria may be refused
Refund Process:

Once the product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 5–10 business days
Refunds go back to the original payment method
Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless we are at fault

If there are issues (no updates after 72 hours, package marked delivered but not received), please reach out immediately. We will contact the carrier on your behalf and investigate the issue.
