Are your products legal?
Yes. All products on our website are derived from industrial hemp and are fully compliant with the 2018 Federal Farm Bill and Florida Senate Bill 1020. Each product contains less than 0.3% delta-9 THC by dry weight, the federal legal threshold. Compliance documentation, including Certificates of Analysis (COAs), is available upon request.
Can I buy these products in my state?
While federal law permits the sale of hemp-derived products nationwide, some states have specific regulations. We recommend that customers check local laws before purchasing. We do not ship to any state or county where hemp products are prohibited.
How is my payment processed securely?
All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant platforms. Your card information is never stored on our servers. For your protection, some orders may be subject to fraud screening or ID verification.
What is the shipping timeframe?
Orders typically ship within 1โ2 business days of purchase. Standard shipping may take 2โ6 business days, depending on your location. Tracking information is emailed once your order has shipped.
What if I need to cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t been fulfilled, we can cancel or modify it within a 12-hour grace window. Once an order is processed for shipment, it cannot be modified. Please email Support@cannavibe.store immediately with your order number.
What if I never received my order or itโs damaged?
Please contact us at Support@cannavibe.store within 72 hours of the delivery scan. Include your order number and photos (if applicable). We will investigate and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
How do I return a product?
We accept returns of unopened, sealed products within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Email us at Support@cannavibe.store to initiate the process. Please include your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the buyerโs responsibility unless the product was damaged or mispacked.
Are your products lab-tested?
Yes. Every product batch is tested by certified third-party laboratories for potency, purity, and compliance. Lab results confirm that products contain less than 0.3% delta-9 THC by dry weight. COAs can be found on the product page or sent upon request.
Do you share my data with anyone?
